Designs and delivers customer network projects, including LAN/WAN refreshes, SD-WAN rollouts, firewall and wireless deployments. Provides escalation support for complex network issues, scopes solutions with customers, mentors engineers, and supports cloud migrations, servers, virtualization, and security implementations. Requires CCNA certification, strong networking expertise, customer communication skills, and a full UK driving licence with willingness to travel.

Design, automate and maintain Azure infrastructure at scale using Terraform and CI/CD. Build pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), enforce security and governance (Azure Policy, RBAC, Key Vault, Entra ID), monitor and optimise workloads, troubleshoot incidents, perform code and architecture reviews, mentor engineers, coordinate delivery, support migrations and onboarding, and participate in on-call rotations.

Deliver and lead customer networking projects, including SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, switching, firewalls, wireless, and SASE deployments. Responsibilities include infrastructure design, installation, migration, troubleshooting, technical escalations, site surveys, documentation, customer consultations, project workstream ownership, onboarding, and mentoring engineers. The role requires strong networking expertise across Meraki, Cisco, and Fortinet, customer-facing communication, UK driving eligibility, and flexibility for project-related travel.
