Design, automate and maintain Azure infrastructure at scale using Terraform and CI/CD. Build pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), enforce security and governance (Azure Policy, RBAC, Key Vault, Entra ID), monitor and optimise workloads, troubleshoot incidents, perform code and architecture reviews, mentor engineers, coordinate delivery, support migrations and onboarding, and participate in on-call rotations.

Lead end-to-end payroll across a multi-entity UK group, including monthly processing, statutory reporting, pensions, reconciliations, year-end procedures, compliance, system administration, and payroll migration. Manage a small team, integrate acquired businesses, liaise with HMRC and providers, advise employees and managers, improve and automate processes, and maintain accurate financial controls.
