Provides operational support for trading, portfolio management, and investment leadership. Maintains client account models, restrictions, and cash reserves in Tamarac Advisor Rebalancing; prepares, executes, and reconciles trades across custodians; researches investment data; prepares reports and presentations; coordinates with advisors and internal teams; resolves operational issues; supports compliance, process improvements, and special projects.

Executes equity trades, reconciles trading and custodial records, maintains security models, and ensures regulatory compliance. Supports portfolio managers through rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting, market-driven trades, and customized options strategies. Communicates trade and market updates, participates in investment meetings, and develops reports using investment platforms including Koyfin, Black Diamond, and RedBlack.

Provides front desk and office administration support, including answering calls, greeting and screening visitors, managing mail, processing invoices, maintaining contact lists, scheduling conference rooms, coordinating deliveries and parking passes, and keeping office areas organized. Supports senior leadership, resolves office and building issues, maintains confidentiality, and ensures smooth daily operations in an onsite professional services environment.
