Oversee all financial operations for a manufacturing plant, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, taxes, inventory costing, internal controls, and compliance. Provide financial analysis and decision support to plant leadership, safeguard company assets, manage accounting personnel, and ensure accurate and timely reporting. The role also supports special projects, capital expenditure analysis, product costing, and organizational financial planning.

Provides technical support, programming, troubleshooting, and upgrades for manufacturing automation systems. Programs PLCs, robots, and robot inputs/outputs; develops and installs vision systems; troubleshoots hardware and software; loads software packages; documents projects; and interprets electrical schematics and equipment manuals. Requires automotive manufacturing controls experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently or collaboratively.

Leads plant-level human resources strategy and operations, including employee relations, labor relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, workers’ compensation, compliance, investigations, and workforce reporting. Advises management on HR policies, supports union relationships, oversees HR staff, manages employee documentation and separation processes, and represents the company in employment-related proceedings. Drives engagement, continuous improvement, and initiatives to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
