Supports electronic payment operations by processing ACH, wire, and bill-pay transactions; maintaining procedures, workflow diagrams, controls, and performance metrics; and resolving operational issues. Leads continuous improvement initiatives, facilitates problem-solving sessions, coordinates projects, supports audits and compliance activities, and assists with system enhancements and staff training. Partners with internal stakeholders on process updates, risk management, business continuity, and customer and employee experience improvements.

Administer and enhance the Salesforce platform by configuring applications, managing deployments and patches, monitoring performance, resolving escalated issues, and developing reports. Partner with stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and business units to gather requirements and lead enhancements. Support testing, training, documentation, automation, agile projects, compliance, continuous improvement, and 24/7 critical incident response. Mentor less-experienced team members and contribute to application roadmaps and technical-debt reduction.

Leads marketing analytics for partnership campaigns, translating data assets, predictive models, BI reports, and customer analytics into targeting, campaign, acquisition, retention, and portfolio-growth strategies. Designs test-and-learn programs, analyzes experiments, optimizes audiences, tracks lifecycle metrics, and presents actionable insights to marketing and senior leadership. Requires advanced SQL, Python or R, BI tools, statistical analysis, and experience applying analytics in financial services marketing.
