Leads the vision, roadmap, strategy, and optimization of payment products and services. Partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, compliance, legal, finance, risk, and support. Oversees customer discovery, pricing, vendor relationships, go-to-market planning, product analytics, resource coordination, training, and delivery of capabilities aligned with business goals.

Manages commercial real estate loan portfolio administration, including covenant monitoring, collateral documentation, credit memo support, loan closing and construction draw coordination, reporting integrity, nCino data management, policy compliance, and audit readiness. The role partners with Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, Operations, and legal teams to resolve exceptions, maintain accurate records, support risk management, and improve portfolio processes.

Supports Commercial Payments Optimization initiatives through training enablement, performance analytics, process improvement, strategy development, market research, sales materials, KPI tracking, and customer event coordination. The intern researches payment industry trends, summarizes data and stakeholder feedback, maintains dashboards, assists with planning and executive presentations, and develops recommendations under senior team guidance. The role provides exposure to commercial banking, treasury services, global banking, and commercial card operations.
