Coordinate and drive roadmap planning and execution with Product Owners across agile teams. Manage integrated plans, dependencies, risks, and capacity; ensure regulatory compliance and strong customer/employee experience. Provide reporting to executives, advise on feature definition and success measures, support change management and adoption, remove roadblocks, and continuously improve delivery practices.

Manage, install, configure, monitor, patch, and upgrade designated systems applications and supporting infrastructure. Provide technical support, incident response (24/7), vendor coordination, reporting solutions, and application enhancements. Collaborate with business stakeholders, participate in Agile ceremonies, document processes, design reports, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Lead development of client- and server-side architectures, mentor engineers, define epics/stories, implement responsive applications and REST APIs, enforce security and reuse standards, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and ensure quality through manual and automated testing.
