Leads highly complex cross-functional projects involving new product development, industrialization, CAPEX, and strategic initiatives. Manages schedules, budgets, risks, project teams, and delivery accountability with minimal supervision. Mentors junior project managers, improves organizational project-management methodologies, facilitates trade-off decisions, and supports commercial, law-enforcement, and military product initiatives. Requires expertise in PMBOK practices, financial and risk management, team leadership, data analysis, and firearms or weapons systems.

Administers firearms trade compliance, serialization, import, Foreign Trade Zone, ERP, and ATF regulatory activities. Maintains licenses, registrations, records, and serial number systems; coordinates firearm transfers and imports; conducts inventory audits; monitors regulatory changes; responds to ATF trace requests; and supports international trade compliance assessments and operational teams.

Develops, qualifies, releases, and improves product quality through gauge and inspection fixture design, dimensional accuracy, and quality assurance. Creates designs in Creo, manages revisions and documentation in PTC, collaborates with engineering and manufacturing teams, supports suppliers, and resolves gauge-related issues. Requires knowledge of GD&T, SPC, quality methodologies, and government or industry standards. The role operates in a manufacturing environment and may involve firearms and ammunition handling.
