Lead the assembly value stream to reduce lead time and cost, execute production plans, drive lean continuous improvement, coach and develop team members, ensure quality and safety, and maintain standard work and measurable results.

Support and optimize SAP systems (FICO) through root-cause analysis, integrations, configuration, and continuous improvement. Partner with stakeholders and global teams for deployments, blueprinting, functional specs, testing, training, and compliance to maintain business continuity and a standardized core solution.

Provides full-cycle HR support including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS and records management, employee relations and investigations, training coordination, internal communications, and unemployment/employment verifications. Supports policy development, engagement programs, and HR projects; escalates complex issues to senior HR staff.
