Lead and develop the Quality organization to maintain and improve the QMS, ensure FDA/cGMP/OTC compliance, manage audits, CAPA, customer complaints, supplier quality, and drive continuous improvement using SPC, Lean, and Six Sigma to improve quality metrics and reduce cost of quality.

Lead purchasing, inventory control, receiving, warehouse and distribution; use ERP/MRP and analytics to drive inventory accuracy, supplier performance, on-time delivery, cost control, and continuous improvement across multi-site manufacturing.

Serve as primary customer contact to manage orders, BOMs, and item numbers in the ERP, coordinate production updates, communicate delays, align specifications across teams, and improve customer service processes to maintain high satisfaction.
