Lead consulting engagements for construction clients to assess performance, deliver analytics-driven recommendations, facilitate workshops, implement performance improvement solutions, and provide industry thought leadership. Manage and lead project teams and client change initiatives. Requires frequent travel (50–60%).

Provide onsite and remote IT support for Raleigh headquarters and other FMI offices. Troubleshoot hardware, Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and conferencing systems. Manage tickets in Halo ITSM, deploy and maintain devices via Microsoft Intune, provision accounts, support onboarding/offboarding, maintain asset records and documentation, escalate complex issues, and support executive leadership.

The Senior Consultant manages energy and power client engagements, ensuring project delivery meets scope and quality standards while mentoring teams and developing client relationships.

Provide operational due diligence and value-creation advisory for private equity clients in the built environment. Analyze WIP and job performance, interview leadership, develop implementation methodologies, manage fast-paced engagements, and deliver executive-level presentations and recommendations.

Work with construction executives to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, design and implement operational solutions across project management, estimating, procurement, equipment/fleet, and field operations. Lead consulting teams, facilitate workshops, support change adoption, deliver measurable results, and contribute thought leadership and industry presentations.

Lead design and implementation of operating systems, governance, and project management to scale FMIC. Partner with practice leaders to improve Salesforce adoption, pipeline, pricing, utilization, and profitability. Build integrated BI dashboards, drive AI and automation adoption, and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation while providing executive analysis and decision support.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill consulting, investment banking, and corporate roles. Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates; build talent pipelines; manage a limited portfolio of requisitions; support campus recruiting and referral programs; track sourcing metrics; maintain recruiting tools and candidate records; and represent FMI’s employer brand.

Lead multi-session leadership development cohorts for construction clients: design and deliver interactive workshops, facilitate discussions and coaching, adapt content in real time, build client relationships, mentor junior facilitators, and partner with internal teams to improve program quality and outcomes. Extensive travel (70–80%) across the U.S.; consultative approach required.
