Lead the Agency Revolution product, building RelationshipOS intelligence to detect churn and cross-sell opportunities. Drive rapid discovery, prototypes, vendor POCs, and AR Connect integrations. Run Voice AI pilots, own roadmap/prioritization, instrument outcomes, and recommend build-vs-buy and modernization decisions. Coach two Product Owners and a Product Analyst, shield the team from thrash, and deliver measurable adoption and revenue impact within the first year.

Serve as the primary client contact through phone, chat, email, and web meetings. Resolve inquiries, feedback, website changes, and product requests while setting expectations and following through. Coordinate with internal teams on complex requests, maintain a consistent client experience, use CRM and collaboration tools, and contribute client insights to process improvements. The role requires strong communication, organization, critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent remote work skills.

Lead product vision, roadmap, and execution for FMG's compliance platform. Own discovery, partner integrations (API/SDK/widget), enterprise onboarding, and delivery. Translate regulatory frameworks into product decisions, validate market demand, and drive commercial outcomes.
