Leads finance for FMC’s South Asia and Southeast Asia subregion, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, financial reporting, controllership, tax, audits, working capital, and business partnering. The role manages regional finance teams, provides strategic guidance to leadership, explains performance variances, drives cost efficiencies, supports internal controls, and coordinates with global Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Controllership functions.

Performs global intercompany accounting across regional legal entities, including transaction processing, reconciliations, balance confirmations, invoice settlement, journal entries, accruals, and variance resolution. Maintains SAP intercompany ledgers and billing tools, uploads reconciliations to BlackLine, supports SOX and US GAAP compliance, partners with local finance teams, responds to stakeholder requests, tracks KPIs, and contributes to process improvements and standardization.

Develop and grow strategic relationships with U.S. agricultural distribution partners. Lead account planning, sales strategy, negotiations, forecasting, pricing, profitability, market share growth, product launches, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Technical Service, and Regulatory teams.
