The Territory Manager will manage sales in the assigned area, develop customer relationships, execute product strategies, and meet sales targets while gathering market insights.

Lead regional sales and market-share growth for agrochemical products across Lakhimpur. Develop and implement business, distribution and credit strategies; manage depots, budgets, and inventory; coach and monitor Territory Managers; drive promotional, dealer, and farmer engagement; ensure collections, minimize bad debt, and maintain regulatory and government relations. Build high-performing teams and prepare short- and long-term regional plans.

Lead APAC financial reporting, forecasting, variance and profitability analysis; prepare budgets, long-range planning inputs, and corporate presentations; partner with regional and global COEs to improve reporting using SAP S4/HANA and planning tools; support pricing, new product tracking, SOX/internal audit, working capital and SG&A monitoring, and stakeholder decision-making through ad-hoc financial analysis.
