Manage assigned Canadian strategic retail accounts, develop and execute territory sales plans, build multi-level retail relationships, forecast and meet sales objectives, identify new business, monitor competitors, communicate market trends to leadership, and support employee development.

Lead global strategic management and commercialization of FMC's insecticide portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams across development, regulatory, supply, and marketing to drive launches, lifecycle management, financial performance, and market insight for R&D.
