Manage HR operations for Sydney studio: handle employee and industrial relations, benefits and compensation administration, engagement and L&D initiatives, HR reporting and compliance (including award audits), support managers, and collaborate with global People & Culture teams to scale HR practices across studios.

Create and execute high-quality stylized CGFX (fire, smoke, water, particles, destruction) for animated films/episodic under CG FX supervision. Build setups, run simulations, generate caches, maintain effect presets, render show-compatible elements, and mentor junior artists.

The 3D Animation Lead manages a team of animators, ensuring workflow and communication. Responsibilities include overseeing assignments, mentoring junior artists, providing feedback, and collaborating with various departments to maintain animation quality.
