The 3D Animator will bring characters to life, enhance storytelling, and meet creative and technical requirements while collaborating with the animation team.

Lead creation of advanced Maya rigs for complex characters, creatures, and props. Develop robust control systems, optimize workflows, integrate with pipeline, troubleshoot technical issues, mentor junior riggers, and contribute tooling and documentation using Python and MEL.

Lead and manage a team of 3D animators, act as primary production contact, coach junior artists, solve creative and technical animation challenges, maintain workflows and tools (especially Maya), attend dailies, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Create, maintain, and support character, prop, and set-piece rigs; ensure rigs meet aesthetic, performance, and technical standards; respond to director and supervisor feedback; troubleshoot and support animators and TDs; develop rigging techniques and pipeline processes.

Lead and produce visual effects for animation, mentor the effects crew, and ensure creative standards are met while managing workflows and deadlines.

Provide frontline desktop and production IT support for macOS/Windows/Linux workstations in a VFX/animation studio. Troubleshoot hardware, OS, networking and VFX software, manage workstation deployment/imaging, onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, backups, and participate in continuous improvement projects.

The Animation Supervisor guides the animation crew and collaborates with directors to deliver high-quality character animation and maintain creative vision while ensuring compliance with production standards.

The Senior Nuke Compositor will collaborate with Lighting TDs and Leads to execute high-quality visual styles, tackle creative challenges, and manage animation layers for productions.

The 3D Animation Lead manages a team of animators, ensuring workflow and communication. Responsibilities include overseeing assignments, mentoring junior artists, providing feedback, and collaborating with various departments to maintain animation quality.
