Lead product strategy and roadmap for Grantseeker, drive consolidation of Classic and Pro, improve product-led conversion and retention, own migrations and competitive displacement, partner with Grantmaker on shared data, build AI-enabled matching and document features, run discovery, write specs, and deliver across design, engineering, and GTM.

Lead product marketing strategy and execution: define positioning and messaging, own GTM and launches, build sales enablement, synthesize customer and competitive intelligence, drive cross-functional alignment, and use AI and automated workflows to scale launches and content to increase adoption, win rates, and revenue.
