Provides on-site IT support in Hyderabad, including employee onboarding and offboarding, access provisioning, device and software asset management, troubleshooting, request tracking, security reviews, audit evidence, documentation, workflow improvements, and tool rollouts. Supports MacBooks and macOS, with familiarity with Google Workspace and workplace software. Coordinates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining accurate records and following established processes.

Leads complex, large-scale technical programs across multiple teams, products, and organizations. Manages portfolios, timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, and blockers while serving as the primary client and executive stakeholder contact. Partners with engineering, product, design, project management, and senior leadership to evaluate trade-offs, align teams, translate technical issues into business decisions, and drive predictable delivery and continuous improvement.
