As a Backend Software Engineer, you'll design and maintain backend applications, develop APIs, and optimize database systems for a medical device platform, participating in code reviews and mentoring junior team members.

Develop, optimize, and verify immunoassays (ELISA, bead-based, FRET, CLIA, lateral flow) using DOE and statistical analysis. Generate robust experimental data, document under design controls, troubleshoot assays, support tech transfer to manufacturing, perform verification studies (precision, sensitivity, specificity, stability), and contribute to regulatory and commercialization activities while collaborating cross-functionally.

Manage and grow Fluxergy's veterinary (equine) sales territory by building relationships with veterinarians and specialty hospitals, prospecting new business, delivering product presentations and demos, managing the sales cycle and CRM pipeline, onboarding customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, attending industry events, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1, resolving complex desktop, macOS, and network issues; provide high-touch support to executives; administer Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams); troubleshoot switches, wireless, and endpoint security; mentor Tier 1 staff; own root-cause diagnosis and ticket resolution; assist with equipment moves and occasional after-hours business-critical support.

Develop, test, and release firmware for embedded and IoT systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure performance and reliability of systems.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot issues, assist with IT projects, and manage employee onboarding/offboarding activities.
