Own product and process quality for electric commercial vehicles from supplier parts through assembly and field operation. Define quality requirements, qualify suppliers, establish control plans and inspections, manage nonconformances, and lead 8D corrective actions. Analyze test, warranty, and field data to identify root causes and ensure fixes are implemented in design, documentation, and processes. Support Conformity of Production and help establish robust series-production standards across mechanical, electrical, and software systems.

Develop software for electric commercial vehicles, including control algorithms, software architecture, code-generation tooling, release integration, simulation, testing, vehicle commissioning, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Maintain functional requirements and technical documentation while supporting cybersecurity, over-the-air updates, and software process improvements.

Take technical ownership of mechanical architecture and design for electric powertrains in light commercial vehicles. Perform mechanical and thermal sizing, strength/durability/thermal calculations, integrate components, lead V&V activities, support suppliers and aftersales, and analyze test and field data to improve designs.
