Design and deliver user-centered experiences for complex web and mobile products. Create responsive UX/UI, prototypes, and design system components. Translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams and presenting design rationale.

Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Node.js and PHP/Laravel. Collaborate with mobile, DevOps, and product teams to design APIs, integrate databases and message brokers, optimize performance, ensure reliability and security, write tests, and participate in architecture and code review.

Support policy research and regulatory analysis for gaming and technology. Prepare briefs, memos, checklists, and reports; coordinate stakeholder engagements and follow-ups; attend and document policy meetings; assist stakeholder mapping and advocacy materials. Role suits candidates with up to 2 years' related internship experience and familiarity with Indian tech/gaming regulations.
