Leads a team of Automation Business Analysts in prioritizing, designing, documenting, and delivering automation and AI solutions. Responsibilities include roadmap development, stakeholder communication, process analysis, project governance, requirements management, milestone sign-off, reporting, error resolution, continuous improvement, and team coaching. The role partners with process owners, developers, and maintenance leads to optimize automated processes and improve operational efficiency.

Lead pricing-focused data science work: design and analyse experiments, build predictive pricing models and monitoring systems, present insights to stakeholders, and manage and develop senior data scientists to drive pricing optimisation across brands.
