Provide Tier 2 technical support for major financial clients: own escalations, troubleshoot/debug Fluent code, perform Linux log analysis and configuration changes, document resolutions, and lead support projects while collaborating with R&D and integration teams.

Lead projects in creating automatic financial trading systems, collaborating with clients, and participating in development and operational processes.
