Teams at Fluent Commerce

Advises clients and delivery partners throughout Fluent Commerce OMS implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, testing, audits, and go-live. Leads workshops, backlog and user story development, solution scoping, estimation, risk analysis, and best-practice adoption. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Expert Services, and partner teams while coaching business analysts and contributing to roadmap feedback and service improvements. Uses generative AI tools for research, reporting, automation, and exploratory tool development.

Define and represent Fluent’s AI strategy, demonstrate its platform and AI capabilities, lead strategic customer and partner conversations, and support commercial opportunities. Own executive narratives, value positioning, reusable demos, operational guidance, and ecosystem enablement. Build technical champions, represent Fluent at industry events, and provide customer and market feedback to product and architecture teams. The role requires credible architecture knowledge, strong communication, customer advocacy, commercial judgment, and strategic AI leadership without requiring production coding.
