Leads public-company filings, insider trading compliance, Nasdaq and securities-law matters, and collaboration with finance, investor relations, executives, lenders, underwriters, and outside counsel. Supports M&A and improves corporate legal processes while independently managing complex, high-priority matters.

Designs, deploys, and manages VMware vSphere/ESXi infrastructure, compute, storage, networking, and Ubuntu Linux environments. Responsibilities include virtualization, system hardening, patching, DNS, routing, firewalls, NAT, access controls, and troubleshooting. Provides infrastructure engineering support to software development and testing teams. Preferred experience includes Ansible or Terraform, scripting, CI/CD, source control, cloud platforms, and enterprise monitoring and logging tools.

Leads global Mechanical and Structural Engineering teams and defines technical strategy for energy-storage products. Oversees mechanical and structural design from requirements through manufacturing, validation, deployment, and lifecycle support. Governs CAD, PLM, FEA, design reviews, risk management, compliance, testing, and configuration control. Partners cross-functionally on product releases, cost reduction, standardization, technical risks, and recovery plans while developing engineering talent and communicating decisions to executive stakeholders.
