The Technical Sales Manager will drive sales of crushing equipment by leveraging technical skills and customer relationships, focusing on equipment and aftermarket solutions.

Lead and operate payroll for the Americas region: manage vendor relationships, validate payroll calculations, ensure compliance, support standardization and integrations, drive KPIs/SLA performance, collaborate with HR and Finance, and assist audits and process improvements.

Provides advanced onsite technical support for pumps, cyclones, valves, and related mineral-processing equipment. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, rebuilding, commissioning, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, inventory oversight, wear-rate analysis, database maintenance, and customer relationship management. The role also supports aftermarket delivery and collaborates with regional sales and service teams. Candidates need an engineering qualification, at least five years in mining and mineral processing, and three years of product-line experience.
