Lead and manage the dealership sales team: recruit and train staff, supervise new and used vehicle sales and trade-ins, set quotas and forecasts, manage inventory and paperwork, create promotions, meet revenue and profit goals, and ensure showroom presentation and customer satisfaction.

Provide front-desk reception and perform accounts payable/receivable tasks including data entry, reconciling cash and credit card statements, processing payments, mail handling, and general office administrative duties to support accounting operations.
