Own end-to-end product launches, positioning, messaging, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market materials for FlowX.AI’s technical enterprise platform. Partner with product, engineering, sales, marketing, customers, and channel partners to translate complex AI capabilities into compelling narratives for technical and business audiences. Build scalable product marketing processes while supporting global teams and evolving commercial strategy.

Owns full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations. Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, advising hiring managers, sourcing and closing candidates, improving candidate experience and time-to-hire, optimizing recruiting processes, contributing to talent acquisition strategy, and strengthening employer brand in a fast-growing AI company.

Own enterprise customer relationships from adoption and delivery oversight through expansion and renewal. Develop success plans, lead business reviews, track transformation roadmaps, drive organizational enablement, oversee support and SLAs, monitor account health, identify expansion opportunities, and relay customer insights to product and go-to-market teams. Partner with technical and executive stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
