Leads SAP, ERP, and enterprise application initiatives from scope definition through delivery. Owns timelines, dependencies, risks, requirements, testing, training, stakeholder coordination, integrations, and end-user support. Analyzes and improves business processes, drives standardization across manufacturing sites, and partners with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Perform month-end close, inventory and purchasing reconciliations, accounts receivable close, project accounting, margin and sales analysis, journal processing, fixed asset accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and standard costing system ownership. Analyze manufacturing and cost data, support local finance operations, maintain SOX controls, and identify process improvements while collaborating with operations and other facilities.

Sets up and operates manual and CNC machines, including DMG-Mori NT4300 equipment; programs CNC machines; machines parts to precise dimensions and tolerances; measures components; interprets drawings; selects tooling, fixturing, feeds, and speeds; maintains safety and documentation; supports process improvements; and may train or inspect lower-level machinists.
