Leads the enterprise New Product Development project-management function, including global governance, portfolio reporting, project execution, capacity planning, financial management, risk mitigation, process improvement, and cross-functional alignment. Manages and develops Project Managers while standardizing tools, phase-gate processes, metrics, and operating practices. Partners across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and commercial teams to improve on-time delivery, cost performance, innovation, and product-launch outcomes.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, layouts, routings, work instructions, and testing procedures for Flowserve products. Partners with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve safety, quality, throughput, cost, and delivery. Investigates nonconformances, supports pump and rotating-equipment testing, monitors performance metrics, ensures OSHA compliance, and drives continuous improvement across machining, assembly, welding, and testing operations.

Supports treasury operations including letters of credit, standby letters of credit, bank guarantees, cash management, compliance reviews, fee coordination, recordkeeping, and monthly processes. Also assists with corporate real estate lease administration, stock plan administration, and rabbi trust activities. Collaborates with banks, service providers, and internal stakeholders while improving controls, documentation, and processes in an international environment.
