Designs and supports quarter-turn ball valve products from configuration and documentation through manufacturing. Reviews bills of materials, drawings, standards, and engineering work from global resources. Provides technical support for customer inquiries, quotations, troubleshooting, returned goods, and manufacturing issues. Leads product improvements related to manufacturability, cost, reliability, performance, and compliance while coordinating with sales, quality, production, order management, vendors, and engineering teams.

Performs general ledger accounting, month-end closing, account analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, and SOX control preparation under US GAAP. Partners with vendors, customers, and accounting colleagues to resolve fixed asset and closing issues. Requires strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, along with English and Mandarin proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Supports engineering projects from contract review and order entry through customer approval, documentation, fulfillment, shipment, and closeout. Responsibilities include mechanical design, engineering analysis, schedule and budget tracking, change orders, revenue coordination, customer communication, procurement support, and cross-functional expediting. The role also serves as project manager when assigned and requires collaboration with international stakeholders and quality, finance, purchasing, sales, and operations teams.
