Work directly with founders to drive cross-functional initiatives, own strategic projects, establish operating cadences, resolve dependencies, and scale company systems. The role spans hiring, customer delivery, go-to-market, internal operations, financial modeling, AI-enabled process automation, and emerging problems. Candidates need strong analytical judgment, communication, ownership, discretion, and comfort operating amid ambiguity in a fast-growing enterprise AI startup.

Deploy AI agents within customized SAP environments by mapping finance and operations workflows, translating processes and controls into executable requirements, defining validations and escalation paths, supporting customer workshops and deployment planning, and validating agent outputs against SAP data and business rules. The role requires strong SAP functional expertise, cross-functional communication, and experience with enterprise processes such as procurement, logistics, order management, and finance transformation.

Build production systems connecting CRM, enrichment, outbound, and internal data to generate qualified pipeline. Develop account scoring, enrichment workflows, AI agents, and internal tools for research, meeting preparation, proposals, and RFPs. Own data models, integrations, monitoring, error handling, and workflow reliability while partnering with founders and sales to improve pipeline quality and selling efficiency.

Own end-to-end enterprise platform deployments, from scoping customer workflows through production launches and iteration. Configure AI agent behavior, integrations, retrieval, prompts, workflows, operating procedures, and safety guardrails within complex SAP environments. Create technical artifacts, evaluation plans, and customer documentation; apply AI tools to development, testing, data, and support. Partner with the Platform team to develop repeatable deployment abstractions while working directly with enterprise stakeholders.

Own the zero-to-one development of FlowGen’s agentic AI product and infrastructure. Build secure SAP connectors, agent runtimes, developer tooling, code analysis and planning systems, low-latency inference paths, observability, retrieval pipelines, prompt systems, and light fine-tuning. Work directly with enterprise customers, apply AI across development and support workflows, and help shape the company’s engineering culture and roadmap.

Own enterprise accounts from prospecting and strategic partnerships through sales, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead executive discovery, AI workflow prioritization, business-case development, pricing, negotiation, and closing of six-figure enterprise deals. Coordinate engineering, product, and customer stakeholders through deployment, track measurable outcomes, manage risks and escalations, and convert successful implementations into renewals and expansions. Help refine sales, delivery, positioning, and product strategies in an early-stage AI company.

Own enterprise AI customer engagements from discovery through deployment, adoption, measurement, and expansion. Analyze complex SAP-based workflows, prioritize automation opportunities, define measurable business outcomes, align executives and technical teams, and lead implementation planning. The role requires translating operational complexity into actionable deployment strategies, understanding agentic AI and human oversight, and identifying opportunities to expand automation across finance, operations, procurement, and related workflows.
