Manage and close a high-volume pipeline of residential and commercial escrow files end-to-end. Review and prepare closing documents, coordinate with lenders/agents/attorneys, resolve complex title issues, conduct signings, disburse funds, maintain escrow accounting and trust reconciliations, and ensure compliance with Texas title laws and TDI regulations.

Conduct comprehensive Texas title searches from sovereignty to present, examine deeds, liens, and plats, prepare detailed title abstracts and reports, verify legal descriptions and chain of title, identify defects, and communicate with examiners, underwriters, attorneys, and landmen.

Sell and grow data plant subscriptions to Texas title companies and related professionals. Prospect, close deals, build territory marketing plans, represent the company at industry events, maintain CRM pipeline, and relay market feedback to product and operations teams.
