Teams at Flow Traders

Lead a new AI engineering team by owning delivery, roadmaps, use-case prioritization, hiring, team development, performance management, and stakeholder communication. Identify business opportunities for AI, guide solutions from concept to production, manage risks and dependencies, and partner with Engineering, Trading, Quant, technical leads, and staff engineers to deliver measurable outcomes.

Supports HR and recruitment operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS and ATS maintenance, learning program administration, reporting, interview coordination, campus recruiting, employer branding, and employee requests. The role also contributes to process improvements, team projects, and data-driven analyses while delivering a high-quality experience to employees and candidates.

Nine-week, in-person summer internship on Flow Traders' New York trading floor. Interns learn from traders, run trading simulations, develop and test quantitative trading strategies, collaborate with traders and researchers on projects, and engage in structured coursework and intern events.
