Teams at Flow Traders

Provide first-line Windows desktop and workstation support for traders and APAC staff: troubleshoot hardware, OS, applications, VDI and peripherals; provision VMs/VDIs; manage onboarding/offboarding; log and escalate incidents; maintain inventory and knowledge base; collaborate with senior engineers to improve business-critical IT services.

Lead and develop a software engineering team: own career growth, hiring, culture, performance management, and delivery. Partner with technical leads to align work with organisational goals and ensure timely, high-quality software.

The role involves developing trading strategies, collaborating with traders, analyzing data, and designing quantitative models to optimize trading performance.
