Supports the CEO by managing schedules, communications, meetings, priorities, confidential information, travel, events, office logistics, and follow-ups. Serves as a strategic partner and culture representative while coordinating administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced, in-office startup environment.

Own the platform’s security architecture, including threat modeling, secure design, application and cloud security, tenant isolation, data protection, and AI agent safeguards. Lead SOC 2 and compliance readiness, build security tooling for monitoring and vulnerability management, establish incident response, and support customer security reviews. As the first security hire, set the security strategy and agenda for the startup.

Own Flow’s editorial voice and calendar, writing essays, customer stories, technical explainers, newsletters, product launches, and executive content. Interview engineers and customers in hardware industries, translate complex topics clearly, grow search and AI-answer visibility, use AI responsibly, and measure content performance. The role requires independent editorial judgment, strong technical storytelling, and consistent hands-on publishing.
