Engage with customers (aerospace/hardware teams), iterate rapidly, and learn domain-specific requirements engineering while contributing to production systems.

Lead and grow a core engineering team, own end-to-end product delivery, stay hands-on with code and architecture, establish engineering best practices, work directly with enterprise customers, and help shape AI/LLM-driven features.

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, screen and conduct initial candidate interviews, coordinate scheduling and maintain ATS data, and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
