Supports daily accounting operations by preparing invoices and processing payments, maintaining transaction records, assisting with audits, resolving discrepancies, responding to financial inquiries, and providing administrative support. Requires basic accounting knowledge, proficiency with Excel and accounting software, strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Manage high-value customer accounts, build strategic relationships, lead sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, mentor junior sales representatives, and develop revenue growth strategies. Analyze Power BI, ERP, and CRM data to identify customer and product trends, support forecasting, and guide business decisions. Represent the company at industry events and collaborate with leadership on sales planning.

Administer the OneStream platform, including access, security, configurations, integrations, business rules, dashboards, reports, and cube views. Support financial close, consolidation, reporting, reconciliations, data validation, troubleshooting, upgrades, testing, documentation, internal controls, and continuous improvement. Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, maintain the Account Reconciliation module, and train end users.
