Build and manage FloSports’ creator network, develop creator-led campaigns, coordinate partnerships across sports events and marketing functions, manage contracts and budgets, and measure campaign performance. The role establishes scalable creator strategies, cultivates long-term relationships, supports content distribution and subscription growth, and uses performance data to optimize investments.

The Senior Accountant processes journal entries, expense reports, account reconciliations, and financial transactions; maintains general ledger accuracy and accounting records; performs financial statement analysis; supports year-end audits; responds to accounting information requests; and contributes to process-improvement projects. The role requires knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, financial analysis, and accounting software, along with strong organization, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Develops custom advertising partnerships and integrated campaigns for sports-industry clients. Leads RFPs, creates proposals and sales collateral, builds media plans, forecasts inventory, conducts market and audience research, and recommends sponsorship, branded content, experiential, and digital media solutions. Collaborates with sales, content, marketing, design, and production teams to support client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
