Paid fall internship creating written and video content for FloTrack and MileSplit. Produce social videos, interview athletes, generate rankings from the MileSplit database, write event recaps/previews, apply SEO and editorial best practices, and collaborate with content teams. Mentored, project-based role in Austin requiring 25–30 hours/week.

Support internal communications and employer brand: draft and publish company announcements and newsletters, manage internal email execution, support culture and recognition programs, maintain editorial calendar, track engagement metrics, create and test social content, propose growth ideas, and report on performance.

Paid fall internship supporting audience development for niche sports. Interns create SEO-driven content, conduct SEO and trends research, write and edit across sports, support social media and on-camera work, and collaborate with the content team. Includes mentor guidance, project-based work, and requires weekend and seasonal availability for event coverage.
