Obtain, track, and enter prior authorizations and referrals into Epic before appointments; communicate with insurers, patients, and staff; register patients, collect co-pays, reconcile collections, and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Provide frontline support and optimization for EMR and clinical systems, troubleshoot issues, run and maintain reports and dashboards, support onboarding and training, assist with audits and quality initiatives, track metrics and project tasks, and coordinate interdepartmental communication to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

Join a physician-owned urology group to provide comprehensive general urology care and procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery. Work across multi-location outpatient clinics and partner hospitals with in-house imaging, labs, radiology, and oncology services. Employed position with relocation, signing bonus, CME allowance, Epic EMR, and potential partnership track. Must be board certified/eligible and hold or obtain Florida medical licensure.
