Process and enter purchasing, accounts payable, E-card, and travel transactions in the university ERP. Ensure compliance with state and university policies, resolve invoice and vendor issues, support month- and year-end close (including 1099s), and provide front-line customer service and process documentation support.

Manage the full grant lifecycle including proposal development, budgeting, award setup, contract/subaward administration, fiscal monitoring, reporting, amendments, and closeout. Support PIs, ensure compliance with sponsor and university policies, coordinate reviews, and respond to agency/audit inquiries.

Frontline major gifts fundraiser responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors. Manages a portfolio of 100–125 prospects, travels frequently, prepares proposals, meets annual goals (minimum $1M), and collaborates with university leadership to build a sustainable donor pipeline.
