Provide front-desk reception coverage for visitors, students, faculty and staff. Handle phone and email inquiries, take and distribute messages, manage records and incoming/outgoing mail, enforce visitor ID procedures, support events and special projects, and maintain professional lobby environment while complying with FERPA, GDPR, Title IX and university policies.

Oversee and coordinate PTA clinical rotations, ensure accreditation and regulatory compliance, develop curriculum and clinical manuals, supervise clinical instructors and students, maintain site relationships, evaluate clinical sites and student performance, and support program administration and special projects.

The Program Director of Nursing assists in evaluating the nursing program, oversees student and faculty management, ensures compliance with regulations, and leads program improvements.
