Advises students on degree programs, course selection, academic requirements, policies, scheduling, and career options. Monitors academic progress, supports at-risk students, manages referrals, and serves as a liaison with faculty and departments. The role also supports active-duty students with flexible learning options, deployment-related academic planning, and military education compliance. Responsibilities include communication management, university events, accreditation compliance, special projects, and travel between campuses as needed.

Provide general office support including email/voicemail handling, scheduling, word processing, copying, fax distribution, destroying sensitive documents, assisting with orientations and commencement, outreach to dropped students, and executing special projects while ensuring compliance with FERPA, GDPR, Title IX, and university policies.

The Financial Aid Advisor guides applicants and their families through financial aid processes, ensuring compliance and providing support in understanding eligibility and government regulations.
