Supports Florida Tech’s athletic communications operations by developing public relations plans, managing social media and website content, writing features, producing photography and video, and coordinating live streaming. Assists with gameday event operations, personnel scheduling, statistics management, record books, awards nominations, event scripts, and public announcements. The role also coordinates communications for assigned sports and maintains relationships with athletes, coaches, university stakeholders, alumni, and media while following NCAA and institutional policies.

Tenure-track faculty member teaching undergraduate and graduate ocean engineering courses, advising and mentoring students, conducting and publishing externally funded research, supervising graduate research, and contributing to university service. Expertise may include marine materials engineering, offshore renewable energy, naval architecture, underwater vehicles, or coastal restoration. Candidates must hold a relevant doctorate, demonstrate university teaching experience, and show commitment to interdisciplinary research and undergraduate education.

Leads the College of Business as its chief academic and administrative officer. Responsibilities include strategic planning, academic program quality, accreditation, faculty and staff management, research support, student success, budgeting, enrollment planning, fundraising, corporate partnerships, alumni engagement, executive education, and external relations. The Dean promotes innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, workforce alignment, and the College’s regional, national, and global reputation.
