Lead strategic, operational, financial, and fundraising management of the weVENTURE WBC program. Oversee SBA grant compliance, staff supervision, program development, community outreach, donor and partner relations, and marketing to expand services and secure sustainable funding.

Prepare, execute, and clean university catering events (onsite and offsite). Duties include bartending, serving, maintaining buffets, bussing tables, pouring drinks, and performing SUB Cafe tasks like food prep, deli work, dishwashing, and cashiering.

Provide administrative support for admissions events and campus visits, manage front-desk inquiries, maintain CRM (Slate), schedule tours, process transcripts and mail, monitor office inventory, and assist with registration and campus coordination.
