Supports database maintenance, data validation, report preparation, basic SQL and Excel analysis, data quality checks, data integration, dashboards, visualizations, and institutional research projects. Documents processes and collaborates with analysts on reporting and special initiatives. This is a part-time student internship requiring enrollment in an undergraduate degree program and a minimum 2.0 GPA.

Leads the launch and national expansion of FAU’s educational strategy and innovation center. Responsibilities include translating strategy into implementation plans, recruiting and managing staff, overseeing a $10 million grant, developing professional learning programs, scaling school models, building measurement systems and dashboards, managing partnerships, securing sustainable revenue, and communicating results to university, education, government, philanthropic, and corporate stakeholders.

Supports administration of federally and privately sponsored research programs, including proposal development, budget preparation, compliance, reporting, and technical deliverable tracking. Manages students, volunteers, lab supplies, equipment orders, and maintenance scheduling. Serves as a liaison with sponsors and administrative teams, represents the research center in meetings, and assists the Director with stakeholder coordination and lab operations.
