Lead strategic account engagements to drive value delivery and adoption of Florence tools. Manage end-to-end program execution, conduct stakeholder discovery, co-design implementation roadmaps, run QBRs and governance, translate customer needs into scalable solutions, mentor team members, and identify expansion opportunities while partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

Lead design, development, and delivery of production-ready AI capabilities and platforms. Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor AI engineers, drive MLOps and model lifecycle practices, evaluate and integrate LLMs and AI frameworks, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions.

The AI Automation Manager will lead AI transformation efforts across the organization, driving automation processes and ensuring successful project execution while collaborating with various teams to enhance efficiency and ROI.
