Two-year, full-time rotational program for recent or graduating Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering students. Participants complete three rotations across engineering, product development, manufacturing, field operations, applications engineering, customer solutions, and production optimization. The program provides hands-on technical experience, mentorship, professional development, and exposure to the energy industry. Candidates must be analytical, collaborative, willing to work in field and operational environments, and flexible to travel or relocate for assignments.

Provides administrative and clerical support for field service operations by managing purchase and sales orders, tracking manufacturing jobs, coordinating schedules and calendars, preparing reports, and communicating with customers about service timelines and job status. The role also supports inventory tracking, team meetings, process improvement, and general office operations in a manufacturing and field-service environment.

Paid summer internship offering college students hands-on experience through real business projects, professional development, networking, and leadership exposure. Opportunities may span engineering, field operations, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, data and analytics, sales, HR, and IT. Interns must be pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree, available full-time during the summer, and demonstrate communication, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, and interest in the energy industry.
