Lead engineering for a growing fintech company by owning technical direction, architecture, roadmap, engineering standards, sprint execution, and code quality. Scale transaction infrastructure, launch new financial products and integrations, manage product requirements, safeguard regulated investment transactions, and hire and develop engineers. The role is a player-coach position requiring recent production coding experience, fintech or financial infrastructure leadership, and close collaboration with executive and business teams.

Build and iterate full-stack features across frontend, backend, data, infra, and AI to support acquisition, fund operations, and investor experience. Own end-to-end feature delivery, shape the product roadmap, create internal tools and AI infrastructure, and help set engineering standards and processes on a small, fast-moving team.
