Teams at Float

Own relationships with accounting firms, bookkeepers, fractional CFOs, affiliates, VCs, and consultants that refer customers to Float. Drive partner adoption, retention, expansion, product attachment, business reviews, payouts, and client activation. Serve as the primary partner contact, identify operational gaps, influence Engineering and Revenue Operations priorities, use data to improve channel performance, and build scalable partnership processes and playbooks.

Founding Product Manager for Credit & Risk Engineering to own the decisioning and monitoring layer: roadmap, infrastructure debt, building the FlexLine decisioning engine, fraud/AML tooling, KYB/KYC automation, and in-app credit experiences. Drive efficiency metrics, support risk operations, and partner with credit, growth, and risk leaders to scale credit products and automate decisioning.

Own end-to-end product features within Spend Management, translating customer and business problems into requirements, partnering with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality B2B SaaS workflows, driving data-informed decisions and metrics, engaging customers and internal teams, and identifying responsible AI opportunities to improve product experience and efficiency.
