Own the acquisition and revenue operations system from prospecting through customer activation. Build sales programs, optimize Salesforce and sales engagement tools, manage pipeline health, forecasting, quota setting, territories, handoffs, reporting, and activation metrics. Partner with Sales, BDR, Marketing Ops, Finance, Product, and Customer Success leadership to improve pipeline quality, conversion, productivity, and spending adoption.

Manage customer onboarding and approvals within the Compliance and Risk team. Responsibilities include collecting documentation, processing KYB/KYC applications, communicating with customers and banking partners, ensuring regulatory compliance, tracking approval metrics, improving processes, and supporting special projects. The role requires strong attention to detail, customer focus, critical thinking, prioritization, written communication, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Own the financial infrastructure roadmap covering ledgering, accounts, payment rails, FX, and card infrastructure. Lead roadmap prioritization, payment reliability, reconciliation, partner and bank dependencies, infrastructure changes, and cross-functional delivery across engineering, risk, compliance, finance, operations, and go-to-market teams. Build products supporting business banking, treasury, payments, and financial workflows while managing multiple projects and communicating risks and progress to leadership.
