Leads new product introduction from design through commercialization, coordinating design, manufacturing, and quality teams. Develops project plans, schedules, and budgets; mitigates launch risks; leads design-for-manufacturability reviews; oversees prototypes and testing; and ensures compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations.

Leads a multidisciplinary Automation group spanning mechanical, software, controls, and electrical engineering. Owns the automation roadmap, manages software and control delivery from concept through deployment, drives development of industrial automation technologies, and oversees customer-site implementation and support. Collaborates with R&D, operations, integration, testing, materials, and customer support teams while ensuring execution against technical and business milestones.

Own assembly planning, MRP implementation, material availability, inventory management, and planning data within Priority ERP. Generate purchasing requirements, monitor supplier shortages, produce planning reports and KPIs, coordinate engineering changes, support S&OP and capacity planning, and improve ERP data integrity and scalable planning procedures. The role works cross-functionally with Purchasing, Engineering, R&D, Production, and Warehouse during the company’s manufacturing scale-up.
