Coordinate across regional and field teams to drive closure of compliance and safety action items. Track and report status, analyse operational and compliance data to identify trends and root causes, maintain trackers, follow up with stakeholders, escalate overdue issues, and support cross-functional process improvement and governance initiatives.

Lead end-to-end projects to improve in-store sales processes and customer experience across LATAM shops. Liaise with regional partners and internal teams, pilot and scale sales concepts, ensure brand standards, define and report KPIs, and collaborate with commercial, product, operations, and marketing to optimize shop operations and partner playbooks.

Design, build, and operate end-to-end automations on the Celonis platform: data integration/ETL and data models, Action Flows and Process Orchestrator, API integrations with backend and conversational channels, reliability/monitoring, takeover and hardening of partner deliverables, collaborate with business/data/IT teams, and document work to CoE standards.
