The role requires strong project management, analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, plus fluent English and German.

Leads complex finance and tax transformation projects involving AI, automation, e-invoicing, compliance, and regulatory implementation. Manages timelines, risks, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional delivery with Finance, Tech, Legal, and local entities. Analyzes processes, develops recommendations, translates regulatory requirements into implementation plans, and prepares leadership updates. Requires strong analytical, project management, regulatory, and stakeholder-management skills, plus fluency in English and at least five years of relevant experience.
