Analyze and optimize hire-to-retire HR processes, support Workday operations, and build automation workflows and AI-powered HR tools. Translate business requirements into Workday, integration, workflow, and application solutions using Python, n8n, UiPath, GenAI, and Atlassian tools. Manage process analysis, prototyping, testing, implementation, governance, security, data privacy, and operational support while collaborating with HR, technology, security, and privacy stakeholders globally.
