Coordinates cross-functional Security and Facilities projects from scoping through delivery. Manages operational processes, invoices, workflows, documentation, data collection, budgets, vendors, and stakeholder alignment across Field Operations, Finance, Legal, Real Estate, Technology, and external partners. Supports Jira and Confluence workflow automation, maintains data quality and sources of truth, and advances facilities, security, repair, sourcing, and camera-integration initiatives.

Process accounts payable transactions, monitor vendor balances, reconcile accounts, execute electronic and manual payment runs, distribute financial information, and document accounting procedures. The role requires accounting knowledge, familiarity with VAT legislation, strong organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and fluency in English and/or German. It is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a hybrid work model.

Build and improve data pipelines and data products supporting market intelligence, forecasting, pricing, and network planning. Use programming and SQL to work with data systems, collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, and develop strong data engineering practices. The role offers mentorship and opportunities to learn data modeling, cloud platforms, BI, automated testing, CI/CD, software engineering, AI, and related technical areas.
