Lead complex infrastructure, expansion, and real estate projects across Mexico from planning through delivery. Coordinate Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Revenue Management, and Real Estate stakeholders; manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, dashboards, and status meetings. Serve as the primary project contact, provide leadership reporting, mentor a junior project manager, and improve project management methodologies and processes.

Manage and grow relationships with existing bus operator partners, source and secure new partnerships, conduct market research, negotiate agreements, and optimize partner performance. Collaborate with Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to execute strategy and coordinate projects. Represent Flix at industry events while using data-driven insights to expand the company’s presence and profitability in the US Central region.

Lead external communications and PR for FlixBus and Greyhound by developing media strategies, securing coverage, translating business priorities into compelling narratives, writing content across formats, managing corporate social channels, preparing executives for public appearances, and directing issues and crisis communications. The role also involves monitoring media trends, measuring communications impact, and piloting AI-enabled tools to improve reach and team effectiveness.
