Coordinate cross-functional growth initiatives from idea through execution across AI Marketing, Google Business Profile, operational automation, and other opportunities. Responsibilities include defining objectives, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines and dependencies, analyzing data, creating dashboards and updates, removing blockers, and measuring commercial and operational impact.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for enterprise and high-value customers from handoff through go-live. Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups across a portfolio of concurrent accounts. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success, translate technical requirements into clear updates, resolve blockers, and drive recovery plans. Improve onboarding consistency through structured processes, playbooks, and tracking systems.

Provide generalist legal support with primary ownership of employment law and data protection compliance. Advise cross-functional teams, oversee privacy policies, marketing and SMS compliance, data subject requests, legal training, Companies Act compliance, employee equity, commercial contracts, and regulatory developments. The role requires pragmatic risk management, proactive legal guidance, and collaboration with People, Finance, Commercial, Product, and Engineering teams in a technology business.
