Supports project controls across construction, maintenance, and turnaround projects by maintaining budgets, cost codes, commitments, forecasts, progress data, and reporting. Reconciles project costs, analyzes variances, risks, cash flow, productivity, and cost-to-complete estimates. Assists with change management, procurement, subcontractor administration, billing, and project closeout while collaborating with project, finance, procurement, field, client, and subcontractor teams. Occasional travel to Canadian project sites is required.

Manage daily shop and field operations across industrial services, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality delivery against production, cost, schedule, and compliance targets. Lead continuous improvement, client and vendor relationships, negotiations, workforce scheduling, supervision, training, and performance management. Drive safety culture, regulatory compliance, operational planning, and team development while supporting construction, maintenance, fabrication, and environmental service execution.

Leads the project controls function across construction, maintenance, turnaround, and industrial projects. Oversees cost management, scheduling, forecasting, earned value, change management, progress measurement, reporting, governance, and performance analysis. Provides strategic direction, develops project controls teams, monitors project KPIs and risks, supports executive decision-making, and collaborates with Operations, Finance, Estimating, Project Management, and clients to improve project execution.
