Provides accounting and project support through high-volume time entry, accounts payable, employee expense processing, revenue recognition and work-in-progress coordination. Produces client invoices, reviews payroll entries, supports project setup and data entry, and communicates with employees and project managers to ensure accurate billing documentation. This is a three-month temporary, office-based role in Calgary.

Performs labourer duties on a three-day industrial turnaround project in Whitecourt, Alberta. Responsibilities require physically demanding work in varied conditions, adherence to safety procedures, and reliable attendance on a Monday-to-Friday, 12-hour schedule. Candidates need construction or industrial facility experience, mandatory safety tickets, English proficiency, personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. The role is safety-sensitive and requires drug and alcohol testing.

Supervise industrial maintenance crews in maintenance and turnaround settings at a Fort McMurray site. The Foreperson will coordinate field work, uphold safety and quality standards, communicate effectively in English, and perform physically demanding tasks in varied conditions. This permanent position follows a 7-days-in, 7-days-out schedule with 12-hour shifts, camp accommodation, flights, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
