Analyze marketplace performance, translate data into business initiatives, troubleshoot operational issues, automate repetitive tasks, collaborate with internal teams and partners, and run commercial growth experiments. The role requires SQL, BI tooling, automation experience, strong communication, and ownership of initiatives from ideation through delivery.

Build and own consumer-facing iOS ordering experiences covering cart, checkout, payments, delivery fees, vouchers, and order history. Develop with Swift, SwiftUI, and modular architecture; contribute across Android and backend systems when needed. Lead technical design, testing, code reviews, observability, incident resolution, and production releases. Use AI coding agents, improve agent tooling, mentor engineers, protect customer data, and collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to improve customer outcomes.

Own Flink’s analytics transformation layer and reporting surfaces using dbt, Looker, and Lightdash. Build scalable, performant data models, improve data quality through testing and CI/CD, manage technical debt, and serve as a strategic partner to Operations, Finance, Customer Care, Revenue, Product, and Engineering stakeholders. The role requires end-to-end ownership of reporting domains, strong SQL and data modeling expertise, and the ability to translate complex technical topics into actionable business insights.
