Support and optimize marketing campaigns, manage in-app content, launch weekly email and push notification campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and coordinate projects across teams. The intern will work independently on national and local initiatives, manage deadlines, quality-check campaign materials, and contribute creative ideas to improve customer activation and marketing results.

Lead hub operations to ensure efficient picking, packing, and delivery. Own safety, compliance, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and KPI-driven process improvements. Coach and develop shift leads and associates, stay hands-on in daily operations, and ensure excellent customer experience and on-time, accurate order fulfillment.

As a Team Leader, you will lead and manage operations, ensuring process execution, service, productivity, and safety while training new riders and maintaining equipment.
