The SEM Specialist will manage and optimize paid search campaigns, analyze performance data, run experiments on ad copy and landing pages to drive traffic and revenue.

Provide bilingual (EN/FR) back-office customer support for flight and hotel operations: handle pricing, ticketing, and post-booking PNR servicing; monitor GDS queues (Amadeus, Worldspan); coordinate with third-party providers and BPOs; document policies and updates; support Customer Service & Delivery teams and ad-hoc projects to improve service quality and satisfaction.

Execute and optimize multi-channel digital marketing (SEM, SEO, email, affiliates) to drive acquisition, conversion, retention and ROAS. Analyze performance with GA4 and Looker Studio, run A/B tests, manage affiliate partnerships, and collaborate with Product and Commercial to continuously improve marketing outcomes.
