Own paid search growth for hotel and vacation package businesses through Google Ads strategy, campaign optimization, Smart Bidding, budget management, experimentation, and performance reporting. Manage conversion tracking with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, analyze data using Looker Studio and SQL, write ad and email copy, and collaborate across SEO, affiliate, email, and social channels. The role requires direct ownership of ROAS, CPA, revenue targets, and ongoing testing.
