Owns end-to-end packaging strategy for The Diary Of A CEO across YouTube, audio, and emerging platforms. Leads title, thumbnail, metadata, and description development; runs A/B testing; analyzes CTR, retention, and Browse performance; optimizes the back catalog; protects editorial integrity; and feeds performance insights into editorial and production decisions.
