Lead US deal sourcing and pipeline development for a venture fund focused on consumer and prosumer technology. Responsibilities include founder outreach, technical and commercial diligence, sector analysis, investment committee memos, financial modeling, cap table analysis, valuation, term sheet negotiation, portfolio company support, board participation, LP relations, fundraising, and CRM management.

Own Fund II’s marketing strategy, brand, narrative, public profile, and investor communications. Build a social- and digital-first content engine that drives inbound deal flow and investor confidence. Create speaking and visibility opportunities, establish positioning and identity, develop measurement systems, and hire and lead marketing specialists across content, communications, and distribution. The role requires building the marketing function and brand from the ground up for founders, investors, and professional audiences.

Lead and build Fund II’s end-to-end operating model through launch and close. Own governance, outsourced providers, fund administration, compliance, valuations, audit, reporting, treasury, banking, LP onboarding, KYC/AML, subscriptions, side letters, and data-room management. Hire and lead the operations team while selecting scalable technology across CRM, portfolio monitoring, document management, and data security. The role requires balancing institutional rigor with a lean, hands-on approach in a founder-led investment business.
