Teams at Flight Club

Partners with Operations leaders and the VP of People to align workforce strategies with business goals. Coaches leaders, supports talent development and succession planning, manages complex employee relations and investigations, and provides guidance on multi-state employment compliance. Uses workforce data to identify risks and improve retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Contributes to scalable HR programs, policies, systems, and enterprise-wide initiatives across geographically dispersed operations.

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue from medium-to-large accounts. Manage inbound leads, build relationships with event planners and corporate decision-makers, generate referrals, host open houses, oversee contracted event details, follow up with clients, track pipeline performance in CRM systems, and attend networking events and industry conferences.

The Account Executive drives revenue by selling Flight Club experiences to clients, managing inbound leads, upselling, and maintaining client relationships while using CRM tools effectively.
