Teams at Fliff

Leads risk management and trading operations for sports gaming products, including pricing, market-making, exposure monitoring, trading limits, analytics, and strategy development. Manages risk analysts and traders, evaluates market trends and customer behavior, collaborates with marketing, product, and technology teams, and communicates recommendations to senior leadership. Requires flexibility to work outside regular business hours.

Own casino content operations, game release calendars, lobby configuration, provider integrations, launch readiness, vendor relationships, live incident management, player protection, KPI reporting, and ongoing merchandising optimization. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Payments, Fraud, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams to deliver compliant casino releases, improve player experience, and maximize engagement, retention, and revenue.

Lead and build Fliff's compliance function across gaming, DFS, social sportsbook, and prediction markets. Own CFTC/FTC strategy, regulatory registrations, policies, AML/KYC/fraud programs, privacy and consumer protection, regulator engagement, and cross-functional compliance enablement for product and commercial teams.
