Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting including month‑end/year‑end close, bank reconciliations, payroll and contractor payments, A/P and A/R oversight, financial analysis of key metrics, and development of accounting policies, internal controls, and scalable processes. Support ad hoc cross-functional projects.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will analyze marketing strategies through predictive modeling and data analysis, and measure the impact of marketing investments on player behavior and retention. You'll collaborate with various teams to turn data into strategic insights, drive user acquisition and retention, and continuously improve marketing data usage.

Own casino content operations, game release calendars, lobby configuration, provider integrations, launch readiness, vendor relationships, live incident management, player protection, KPI reporting, and ongoing merchandising optimization. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Payments, Fraud, Compliance, and Customer Experience teams to deliver compliant casino releases, improve player experience, and maximize engagement, retention, and revenue.
